Setup

Two players stand on the baseline, one at each end of the free-throw-lane lines, facing each other with one ball.

How it runs

  1. Chop the feet while passing the ball back and forth seven times.
  2. Sprint together to the near free-throw line, keeping the same spacing, and pass seven more times while chopping.
  3. Sprint to the half-court corners and exchange five passes, still chopping.
  4. Sprint to the far free-throw line and pass seven times, then to the far baseline for another seven.

Coaching point

The feet never stop moving during the passing sets.
