Setup

Split the squad into two groups on the baseline. Use this sparingly – it is a hard session, not a weekly drill.

How it runs

  1. One trip is a full length of the court and back, touching every line, finished in under ten seconds.
  2. Every member of the group must make the time and touch the lines for the trip to count.
  3. Rest briefly, then go again.
  4. Keep going until the group has banked ten successful trips.

Coaching point

One missed line by one player costs the whole group the trip, which is exactly the lesson.
