Setup

Mark seven or eight spots that snake from one baseline corner up the floor and finish at the far rim. Players start in the corner, ball in the right hand.

How it runs

  1. Attack the first two marks with an inside-out fake crossover on each.
  2. Spin-dribble at the third mark so the ball ends in the left hand.
  3. Push forward, then retreat dribble back three or four steps.
  4. Snap a low crossover, drive to the next mark and use a half spin as a fake reverse.
  5. Change direction with a behind-the-back, then finish with a hesitation and an explosive layup.

Coaching point

Eyes up the whole route; the marks tell you where to move, not what to look at.
