Setup

Set eight chairs in a line down the floor, each gap slightly tighter than the one before it.

How it runs

  1. Weave the whole line using a crossover at every chair, then come back using a between-the-legs change.
  2. Next trip: at each chair take two retreat dribbles, cross over, then explode past it.
  3. Next trip: same retreat dribbles, but change hands between the legs before exploding.
  4. Ten trips is plenty, with a different move on each one.

Coaching point

The change of direction happens level with the chair; the acceleration happens after it.
