Setup

Each player wears a flag belt with two flags and holds a ball. The court lines are the boundary.

How it runs

  1. On the whistle players dribble and try to pull flags off other players while keeping their own.
  2. Only one flag may be taken at a time, and it goes onto the taker's own belt.
  3. A player who loses both flags sits down and keeps dribbling from a seated position.
  4. Play until one player still has a flag, or until a set time is up.

Coaching point

The off hand has two jobs here: shield the ball and reach for flags.
