Setup

A passer stands at the top with the ball; the player starts on the wing outside the arc.

How it runs

  1. Catch the pass on a jump stop with both feet landing together.
  2. Take a short step to square up into a triple-threat stance.
  3. Explode past with one long step in whichever direction was opened.
  4. Finish at the rim, then repeat on the other side.

Coaching point

The jump stop leaves both feet available, so either one can pivot.
