Setup

Two players start on the baseline a few metres apart, facing each other with one ball, both in a low defensive stance.

How it runs

  1. Slide sideways up the floor in stance, never turning to run.
  2. Exchange chest passes the whole way down the court, aimed at the receiver's numbers.
  3. Come back the other way using bounce passes only.
  4. Hand off to the next pair waiting on the baseline.

Coaching point

The stance is not decoration – the feet stay wide and uncrossed for the whole trip.
