Setup

A player stands on the right side of the backboard, close enough to reach the board with the ball in one hand.

How it runs

  1. Tap the ball off the backboard with the right hand ten times in a row without catching it.
  2. On the eleventh tap, finish the ball in the basket.
  3. Move to the left side of the board and repeat the whole set with the left hand.
  4. Finish in front of the rim, tapping with both hands over the front of the ring before scoring.

Coaching point

Tap with the fingers and a soft wrist, not a slap of the palm.
